Project Engineering Assistant & Engineer
Responsibilities:
- To maintain close liaison with clients
- To prepare daily/monthly report and ensure the report standard is maintained and submitted to the customer on time
- To carry out preventive & breakdown maintenance as schedule and/or on demand
- Develop, review and implement operating SOP and Risk Assessment according to the site design/conditions
- To conduct training to the service/project technician at job site
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in water treatment industries with experience in operation, maintenance and project execution
- Proficient in industrial controls and ability to prepare, schedule & carry out preventive maintenance
- Good interpersonal skills with peers and customers
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Project Engineer should possess abilities to lead a team of service/project technicians
Requirements:
- NTC 2 or Diploma holder with 2-3 years experience preferably in facilities handing water
- Familiar with instrument calibration, pump repairs and general maintenance of equipment
- Fresh Diploma graduate may also apply as Engineering Assistant
Responsibilities:
- To receive and verify all incoming parts based on delivery order and purchase order
- To receive and verify physical conditions of all incoming parts and place them at their respective location in the store.
- To pack and prepare relevant document for items to be delivered
- To perform stock counts and update stock cards and computer system periodically to ensure stock accuracy
- To report missing or damaged items to the store supervisor
- To participate in the yearly stock-take as directed by the store supervisor
- To ensure proper housekeeping and safety in the store area
- Any other related duties as assigned by the store supervisor
Requirements:
- Able to read and write simple English
- Computer knowledge of Excel
- Preferable with forklift driving license
- Physically fit
